Chassis: Engineered and Certified
The new 2025 Toura X has been built to exceed expectations for an off road caravan. Millard has partnered with highly reputable specialised firms in Victoria to build the foundation of the van. Working closely with Alko engineering, the new 2025 Toura X is built on an Alko TRUSS chassis that comes in a galvanised finish. Optional choices are SuperGal painted charcoal or Enduro Finish.
Single Axle Suspension: Iconic Cruisemaster ATX
The iconic ATX suspension from Cruisemaster has led the way for independent trailer suspension systems for well over 10 years.

- ATX suspension is build for a lifetime of adventures with its key components being able to be upgraded as your needs change. Buy the coil spring/drum brake configuration now with the option of upgrading to air bag/disc brakes down the track
- Stress less with a heavy duty build less likely to run into problems out on the tracks. A sturdy 63mm stub axle, extra-large 3.3T VC bearing combination, premium monotube dampers and lockable toe and camber adjusters means you can spend more time enjoying your adventures and less time dealing with overheated components and maintenance.
Tandem Axle Suspension: Iconic All-Terrain Cruisemaster XT Freestyle
The Cruisemaster XT Freestyle independent suspension has led the way for independent suspensions for well over 10 years now. The suspension has been designed, tested and manufactured in Australia by Cruisemaster, Australia’s leader in all terrain towing technology.

External Construction
Wall: Aluminium Frame
Millard was one of the first to pioneer the change back in 1970’s. The revolutionary change from timber Meranti wall structure to aluminium pot riveted wall structure. This pioneering change created two distinct advantages:
- Weight saving and elimination of wood rot (hidden, unseen and structurally invasive)
Although proven and copied by others Millard has taken the Aluminium wall engineering structure to the next level of design and strength.
The next evolution for Millard in 2025 was to further improve on its wall structure. This has been accomplished by using the same principles in the building construction sector to reinforce larger spans or cut out openings by utilising fully extrude aluminium railing welded to the pot riveted cross beams.
For our off road vans – Toura X additional aluminium cross beam bracing has been installed in critical wall sections to ensure there are no limits to your adventures.
The aluminium frame is fully insulated with XPS water resistant foam. The engineered internal fibreglass walls act as waterproof membrane to prevent internal condensation.

Roof: One Piece highly insulated
Millard introduced the one piece insulated roof panel which was a game changer for the industry. This change remains an integral part of Millard construction. The roof is supplied as one piece and in 2025 the roof colour co ordinates with the aluminium flat cladding panel. The aluminium flat panel is 3mm with a durable long lasting PVDF finish. Available in 5 colours.
Interior: Designed for a 5 star hotel
The new 2025 Toura X has been beautifully designed by combining classic proportions, additional features such as bedside tables, downlights, soft LED strip lighting, additional storage features, phone recharging points, starlink and surround sound . The Toura X palette sits well on all backdrops with a choice of 10 internal colourways, 5 external flat panel colours and 5 decals options. This allows you to either remain low-key or stand out from the crowd.
All this thought-out detailing creates a stunning spacious interior tailored for the ultimate holiday experience.
